Green Air South West Ltd are a local independent company who employ qualified local trades people, who are committed to listening to our customers and we offer a range of accredited renewable energy products for your home. We offer Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) products, fitted by accredited surveyors and installers, giving you the assurance that our products and services meet rigorous and consistent Government standards. Based in Lanivet (Near Bodmin), Cornwall, we offer our services to local people and businesses in Devon and Cornwall, and we pride ourselves on working with local tradespeople.
Green Air South West Ltd was founded with a desire to change the way homeowners and businesses think about their energy use and with a determined desire to tackle climate change. We are committed to running our business responsibly, having positive relations with our employees, our customers and the planet. We only work with local trades people, and we are very proud of our impact on the local economy in Devon and Cornwall. Green Air South West is a company with a purpose: to make a difference in the fight against climate change, as well as helping people save money on their energy bills, so they can enjoy the finer things in life.

Description: First and foremost, as a parent, Rachel recognises that we all need to think and act differently if we are going to protect future generations. With her children and the environment as her driving force, Rachel is committed to helping to shape how we use renewable technology, whilst employing local accredited trades people and saving money for customers across Cornwall and Devon.

Name: Paul Ledwith
Position: General Manager
Description: Having been in the home improvements market for over 25 years, Paul is the ‘heart’ of the business. Hands on, passionate and driven, Paul is happiest when he is dealing directly with customers and enjoys exploring what renewable technologies are most suited for our customers and demonstrating the savings which can be made. Paul is committed to customer service and recognises that by working together, we can help to reduce our carbon footprint.

Name: David Allcock
Position: Business Development Manager
Description: David has worked at senior level within the retail marketplace, serving an apprenticeship with the House of Fraser group, before moving into specialist electrical retailing with a division of United Drapery Stores. Following that he moved into Consumer Finance, working with subsidiaries of NatWest, Abbey National and General Electric where he was client manager for some of the biggest brands in the home improvement industry.

Position: Recruiting & Training Manager
Description: Peter is passionate about training, mentoring and the development of people. Having served 20 years in the military, Peter has brought a particular skill set to Green Air South West. He has taught around the world in some very contested regions and he brings a unique coaching mind set to the business.

Description: As a Graduate from the University of Plymouth studying business, Bradley hopes to help map out a successful career in the business world starting with the smooth running of the office at Green Air South West. Making sure all staff maintain the correct and polite manner delivered to customers so that everybody is satisfied with our company.

Description: Robin has a degree in Geography with Marine studies, the skills which he learnt from this degree about both the environment and sustainable living are crucial skills which he uses day in day out within his role as a surveyor.

Bio: Tyler is passionate about renewable energy, and using his passion he helps customers best understand how to save money off their energy bills. Always putting the customer first, Tyler has a proven track record of giving advice, help and support to customers throughout Devon and Cornwall.
Position: Strategic Project Manager
Bio: Lissa Woodward, an expert in Project Management, is the Strategic Project Manager at Green Air South West. Prior to working at Green Air South West, she worked as an IT Project Manager for IBM for 12 years overseas, followed by IT Project Management roles for Investec Investment Bank and Sapient Consulting. Specialising in PRINCE2 and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration – NASA devised highly effective process model) Both roles were based in London. Lissa is process driven and dedicated to creating a structured process platform to support the increasing success and company growth. She has a passion for renewable energies and the immense opportunity to help many people live a warmer and better quality life.
